Lewisville ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) for Inspections of (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, and Kitchen Range Hoods), Supplies, Repairs, and Other Related Products and Services. Vendor(s) are needed to provide services to the District which totals approximately 83 facilities.
This CSP includes fire extinguisher supply and repair services which include the inspections of approximately 2600 various types of fire extinguishers. This CSP also includes the inspection of six different fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and kitchen range hoods in the District. The kitchen range hoods will include inspections, supplies and repair services to approximately 83 Kitchen Range Hood systems in the District.
This contract shall be awarded at district discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendor(s), by section, line item, or in total as determined to be the best value to Lewisville Independent School District. Lewisville Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive any formalities and/or irregularities. This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulation (2 CFR) Part 200 to procure vendor(s) who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used by local, state, federal or grand funded programs.
The initial term of this proposal shall be for approximately three years with one optional two year extension based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, not to exceed five years total.
