indicated. The contractor is responsible for disposal.
Follow all installation and floor preparation instructions. All patched, porous, gritty, or dusty surfaces are
to be clean and fully prepped. Install with Mannington Integra Hp Adhesive and Mannington seam sealer.
Furnish and install specified flooring products:
- Shaw Carpet Tile: 24" x 24". Specs list on site description.
- Shaw Carpet Tile: 24" x 24". Specs list on site description.
- Mannington Inner Share Collection, (Color TBD).
-Mannington 12' Gametime III on HP Back, (Color TBD).
- Bentley Rough Idea, (color TBD) at walk-off areas at all doors and sink locations (4'x4').
- Sheet Vinyl: AHF Composed and Distinct with heat welded seams.
- Sheet Vinyl at MPR's and Specific Areas: Mannington BioSpec MD with heat welded seams.
Ardex MC Rapid Moisture Barrier.
- Furnish and install Mannington 4" rubber cove base, (Color TBD) around the perimeter of each
room. Must use manufacturers recommended cove base adhesive.
- District will remove/replace furniture.
