Site work for a civil project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a 450-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Project consists of one prime contract for the replacement of the Stillwater Lift Station and force main. The Project is located in the City of Dayton, Ohio. The summary of the Work described in this Section is an overall summary of the responsibilities of the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTORs relationship to the OWNER. It does not supersede the specific requirements of the other Contract Documents. In addition to the standards included in these Contract Documents, all work shall comply with the following 1. Montgomery County Environmental Services Rules and Regulations, latest revision. 2. Ohio Building Code. 3. Applicable City of Dayton zoning requirements, engineering design standards, and Department of Water Design Engineering Specifications. Deadline for questions is COB December 11, 2024 The project consists of construction of a new wastewater lift station and appurtenant structures, approximately 2,900 LF of force main, approximately 2,400 LF of 18" to 54" diameter gravity sewer, abandonment and demolition of existing piping and pumping facilities, and restoration. Engineer's Estimate - $13,100,000 The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
