Steamers for School Kitchens. The District will consider any deviations or exceptions in its bid award decisions. Failure to sign the proposal will cause it to be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE. Person signing the Proposal should show title or authority to bind his/her firm in a contract. If you prefer to submit a paper copy of your proposal, you must provide one original and one copy of your proposal. The District recommends that paper copies be either hand delivered to the WSISD Purchasing Department, or that you have them delivered by a courier type service, such as FedEx or UPS, with a recipient's signature and documented time of delivery. WSISD will be replacing three (3) Steamers in the kitchens of two (2) of our campuses. The manufacturer specifications sheet for the preferred equipment is included below, but comparable equipment that meets the listed specifications may be quoted. Quote should include all applicable costs associated with the removal of old equipment, as well as the purchase, delivery, and installation of the new equipment. o Remove and dispose of existing equipment. o New equipment should match the location's current applicable specifications: electrical, gas lines, plumbing/drains, etc. o Both locations are equipped with water softeners. o Schedule delivery and installation to campus. o Ensure equipment is working properly upon completion of installation. o Removal of packaging materials and rubbish.
