Site work and paving for an educational facility in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 117,002-square-foot educational facility; and for paving for a 117,002-square-foot educational facility.
In general, the scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation for the Parking Lot M and Lot A Restriping and Resealing on the campus of California State University, San Bernardino. The work shall consists of sealing and striping of two parking lots. Parking Lot A (approx. 91,191 square feet) and Parking Lot M (approx. 25,811 square feet). The purpose is to fill all cracks, seal the asphalt and restripe the parking areas. Work shall be completed in a timely and safe environment in accordance with the detailed specifications and special conditions. Construction period shall be Seventy-Four (74) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed with a proposed work schedule of May 20th - August 12th, 2024. The estimated budget for this project islimited to $200,000.
