Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority seeks Request for Proposals (RFP) from vendors to provide professional testing, cleaning, repairing, replacing, protecting and ensuring the reliability of Cobb CountyMarietta Water Authoritys electrical assets. Proposals received after the designated time for receival of proposals will not be considered. Unsealed proposals, including facsimile proposals or proposals sent by e-mail, will not be considered. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. Proposers shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, May 21, 2024, to the Owners Procurement Coordinator at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. All proposals will remain subject to acceptance for a period of 90 calendar days from the proposal opening date, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal and return the bid prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
