Construction on the Microsoft Data Center located at 2190-2200 Lakewood Blvd began in June 2021. The project requires off-site sanitary sewer pipe upgrades, as well as upgrades to Pfizer Lift Station, to accommodate the planned sanitary flow volume from the data center once complete. The Village is constructing the off-site improvements; however, Microsoft is responsible for the full cost of the design, permitting, construction, and management of the required upgrades. The project is included in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 23, 2024, Bidding and is set for June 5, 2024. An engineer has been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing necessary to demolition the existing dry pit Pfizer Lift Station and construct a new submersible type lift station, as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. B. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Cut and abandon the existing dry pit station and by-pass manhole. 2. Remove existing piping, valves, and electrical equipment. 3. Remove access drive. 4. Tree removal. 5. By-pass pumping. 6. Temporary electric service. 7. Maintenance of traffic. 8. New wet well, valve vault, and flow meter manhole. 9. Concrete pads. 10. Discharge piping, valves, forcemain, and electrical equipment. 11. New electrical service. 12. New access drive. 13. New sanitary sewer piping to connect to the new lift station. 14. Site restoration.
