It is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select a prime contractor by using the Competitive Bidding Method for the demolition of the City of Round Rock Old Public Works Building located at 2008 Enterprise Drive, Round Rock, TX 78664. The project includes the demolition of the 13,800 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up building, a 400 sq. ft. wood framed shed, and the existing radio antenna tower, approximately 150' tall. Responses for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the project titled, Old Public Works Building Demolition, including the demolition of the 13,800 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up building, a 400 sq. ft. wood framed shed and the existing radio antenna tower, will be received until Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 3 P.M., then publicly opened and read aloud online via Teams Join the meeting now (Meeting ID: 253 921 855 802, Passcode: R2MiZC) on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 4 P.M.
