Work to Be Carried Out Under This Contract, Replace Roof and Windows of Original Building, Hunt Club Riverside Community Centre at 3320 Paul Anka Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. Provide the Necessary Labour and Materials to Complete the Removal of the Existing Roofing System, Existing Curbs, Sheet Metal Flashings and Membrane Down to the Existing Structural Deck and Install New Roofing System as Specified Herein. Provide the Necessary Labour and Materials to Complete the Removal of the Existing Windows on the North and West Elevations of the Original Building and Install New Windows as Specified Herein. Supply and Installation of Related Rough Carpentry at Parapets and Curbs. Supply and Install All Sheet Metal Caps, Counter Flashings, Scuppers, Torch Stops, Fascia and All Other Roof Related Metal Flashings Required to Complete Roof Installation. Supply and Installation of All Sealants Required to Seal the Transition of Membrane and Related Metal Detailing and the Termination of Sheet Metal and Non- Membrane Surfaces. Supply and Installation of New Roof Drains as Detailed and Indicated on the Drawings. New Drains Shall Be in the Existing Locations and Shall Include All Required Clamps, Hangers, Insulation, Vapour Wrap and All Other Items Required to Complete the New Drain Installation. Supply and Installation of New Gas Line Supports as Required to Conform to Can/csa B149.1 and All Supplementary Regulations. Install New Thermally Broken Aluminum Window Assembly With Glazing and New Metal Flashing Elements, Complete With Applicable Caulking Seals. Install One-way Mirror Film on the Interior Face of the Igu's. Provide a Letter From the Glass Manufacturer Attesting That the Mirror Film Does Not Void Warranty. Provide Samples, and the Owner Will Choose the Film Tint Colour From a Standard Range. This Facility Will Remain Operational and Must Accommodate Regular Entry/egress During the Work. Supply and Installation of Required Access Scaffolding, Hording, Fencing and Overhead Protection as Required to Comply With the Ministry of Labour Health and Safety Requirements. Roof Replacement on the Higher Roof Above the Gymnasium, Roof Area 2, is to Be Prioritized and Completed Prior to Completing Roof Area 1, or the Window Replacement.
