For furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work for Terminal Access Loop Road and General Aviation Area Service Road Phase I at Lake Charles Regional Airport. The Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive technicalities in accordance with Louisiana R.S. 38:2214 and further, reserves the right to delay awarding of the contract for a period of forty-five (45) days.
