The project will involve the sweeping of all the Town of Morrisville's Town owned and State-owned streets and parking lots. Refer to "Submittal Instructions" for bids, Item 8 for proper submittal instructions. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form. For this project, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the Town, all labor, materials, equipment, cleaning supplies, transportation, services, and licenses necessary to perform the work. Email Address: bmills@morrisville.gov EXECUTION In compliance with this Invitation to Bid, and subject to all the conditions herein, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish and deliver any or all items upon which prices are bid, at the prices set opposite each item within the time specified herein. By executing this bid, I certify that this proposal is submitted competitively and without collusion (G.S. 143-54), that none of our officers, directors, or owners of an unincorporated business entity has been convicted of any violations of Chapter 78A of the General Statutes, the Securities Act of 1933, or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (G.S. 143-59.2), and that we are not an ineligible vendor as set forth in G.S. 143-59.1. False certification is a Class I felony. Failure to execute/sign bid prior to submittal shall render bid invalid. Late bids are not acceptable. TIME FOR CONSIDERATION: The offer shall be valid for 60 days from the date quotes are due. If bidder cannot validate bid for 60 days, preference may be given to bids allowing 60 days for consideration and acceptance. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor provides all sweeping equipment and supplies to perform the following levels of street sweeping services for the Town of Morrisville unless indicated differently in the "Sweeping Service Details" below. Sweeping Service Details Expectations: Frequency of sweeping is 6 times per year with no more than 60 days between sweeps. Provide data of sweeper GPS tracking per sweep and tonnage collected per sweep Provide pricing for extra sweeping if needed for special events/emergency sweeps Trucks must be identified with logo, phone number, and unit number Street sweeping should be completed during off-hours (9pm-6am). Emergency and/or extra sweeping at other times can/may be requested. Scheduling: Provide Ben Mills with sweeping schedule at least two weeks prior to each of the 6 sweeping events
