Hangar Building Liquidated damages of $1000 per day shall be assessed against the contractor for each day the contactor exceeds the contract time determined for substantial completion of the Hangar Building. The maximum construction time allowed until substantial completion for the Hangar is 295 Consecutive Calendar days. Permitting the Contractor to continue and finish the work or any part of it after the time fixed for its completion, or after the date to which the time for completion may have been extended, will in no way operate as a waiver on the part of the Owner of any of its rights under the contract. Terminal Building Liquidated damages of $1000 per day shall be assessed against the contractor for each day the contactor exceeds the contract time. The maximum construction time allowed for the Project is 465 Consecutive Calendar days.
