The project (also known as Jordan Creek Daylighting Phase I) includes excavation of more than 38,000 cubic yards of soils to create naturalized open channel between N. Main Ave. and N Boonville Ave. The project also includes sanitary sewer main improvements, installation of civic plaza spaces, greenway trail segments, dog park facilities, pre-Engineered arch bridge, as well as site-wide ADA improvements, paving, and green infrastructure improvements consisting of bioswales and native planted riparian areas. The project is being bid under the Construction Manager-at-Risk project delivery method.
