Naval Medical Center San Diego Pharmacy Department is requesting IV HOODS SERVICES AND UPS TESTING. The Requirement is for the service, testing, and certification of the Pharmacy Chemo/Ante Rooms, Intravenous (IV Hoods and Bio-Safety Cabinets (BSC) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This request is for base plus four option years. BASE YEAR PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 22-MAY-2024 THROUGH 21-MAY 2025 Delivery/Acceptance location NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER SAN DIEGO 34800 Bob Wilson Drive 92134-5000. FBO Destination: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. All questions regarding the RFQ, of a contractual or technical nature, must be submitted electronically by email to dania.suazo.civ@health.mil no later than 12:01 pm PST on 14 May, 2024. Questions submitted after the specified date and time may not receive a response. Questions, along with the Government's responses, will be posted as an attachment to the RFQ. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Quoters
