Wayne-Westland Community Schools will receive sealed bid proposals for: Removal and Disposal of Petroleum Impacted Soil Part 201 The format of the Pre-Bid Conference will be an initial presentation on the bidding process and the scope of work, followed by a site tour and a question-and-answer session. This activity will be conducted at the Wayne Westland Communality Schools Bus Transportation Yard from approximately 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request. All bids must be submitted on the bid form and signed by the bidder. Bidder shall agree not to withdraw Bid Proposal for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after date of receipt of bids. Wayne-Westland Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
