Renovation of an educational facility in Watertown, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 85,513-square-foot educational facility.

E-mail; VelardiLu@watertownps.org A structural standing seam metal roof system of approximately 85,513 sq. ft. on hat channels on the existing asphalt shingle roof on a sloped roof. The new structural standing seam metal roof system shall have a 30 year no dollar limit labor and material warranty A new modified bituminous roof system of approximately 23,940 sq. ft. on flat stock insulation on sloped metal decks. The new roof system shall have a base 20 year non-pro-rated, no dollar limit labor and material warranty, with alternate pricing for a 30-year non-pro-rated, no dollar limit labor and material warranty. General and Subcontract Bids shall consist of but are not limited to: general construction, carpentry, sheet metal work, electrical work, site restoration and all other work necessary for or incidental to the full completion of the entire project, including all equipment, labor, material, and incidentals in connection therewith. The work of this contract must be substantially complete by August 16, 2024. If not substantially complete by August 16, 2024the contractor shall face a penalty of $100 for every calendar day beyond the substantial completion date
