Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Cessford, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,400-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Special Areas Board requests proposals to design and build a new 2 bay fire hall and 1 bay grader shop to be built at the Special Areas Board grader shop location, at 12061 HWY 561 Cessford Alberta. The new building should be approximately 5400 ft2 post disaster construction and feature floor drainage sumps on both the fire hall and shop side, equipped with solids and oil separation chambers. The building will have 2 septic tanks adequately sized for 2 minimally used washrooms and equipment washing (minimum of 3000gallons each) or a septic field.
