Reference number : 1847409 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-22 Replacement of the Main Staircase with Railing and Handrail at École Marcel-Vaillancourt, 150 avenue Legrand, Laval H7N 3T3. This call for tenders aims to find a CONTRACTOR capable of demolishing the main staircase, the porch with the railings and handrail and refurbishing it. The waterproofing and insulation of the existing walls of the foundation will be included in the mandate and various interior work in the premises will be necessary following the demolition work. Asbestos to be removed from the premises affected by the work. Start date of work: June 27, 2024 End date of work (acceptance with reservation): August 16, 2024 End date of work (acceptance without reservation): August 30, 2024 *Award is subject to final approval.
