Renovation of a municipal facility in Inglewood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Inglewood (City) seeks an experienced and qualified Contractor to remove and replace existing pneumatically controlled Dual Duct Variable Air Volume (VAV) air boxes, controllers, and thermostats in the new Green Room in City Hall. The selected Contractor will demolish four (4) existing Dual Duct Variable Air Volume (VAV) Boxes and four (4) pneumatic thermostats and cap off pneumatic lines. They will install four (4) new VAV Boxes with electronic controls BACnet ready and four (4) digital thermostats. The Contractor will retrofit and upgrade four (4) existing main floor pneumatic hot and cold supply linear actuators to electronic controls BACnet ready. All controllers, actuators, sensors, and thermostats must be BACnet ready and Delta Controls or equivalent. There will be installation of new ceiling air registers with a low noise type. Controls must be connected to our Delta Controls automated equipment through the City's network.
