2024-2025 Solid Waste and Recycling Materials Collection and Disposal Services The West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District is soliciting bid proposals from solid waste collectors interested in providing Solid Waste and Recycling Materials Collection and Disposal Services for a period of one year (1), to commence on August 1, 2024 and ending on July 31, 2025 in accordance with the terms of these Bid Specifications and N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6 et seq with the option of up to two (2) one-year renewals. All bids must be clearly labeled on the outside of the envelope/package with the name and address of the vendor submitting the bid and addressed as below: West Windsor Plainsboro Regional Board of Education Solid Waste and Recycling Materials Collection and Disposal Services BID 2024-02 ATTN: Purchasing Specialist 321 Village Rd East West Windsor, NJ 08550 All bid proposals will be date and time stamped upon receipt. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the bid proposal to the Purchasing Specialist and no bids shall be considered which are presented after the publicly advertised deadline for receiving bids. Any Bid Proposal received after the date and time specified will be returned, unopened, to the bidder. The West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School Board of Education takes no responsibility for delayed or mis-delivered bids or proposals. All questions regarding specifications must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Specialist, via email purchasing@wwprsd.org. No phone calls or faxed questions will be accepted. Questions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 1, 2024. The West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof, and to reject any or all bids. In the event that the Board of Education rejects all bids, the West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District shall publish a notice of re-bid no later than ten days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, following the date for acceptance of bid.
