The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to as the "Agency") is mandated under Provincial Regulation (O.Reg. 104/97) to ensure the structural integrity ,safety and condition of major structures including; bridges, and culverts under the Agency's responsibility. To satisfy this Provincial mandate, the Agency desires to retain the professional services of a qualified engineering firm to complete detailed visual inspections (more specifically referred to as "OSIM Inspections") in accordance with the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual. The Agency also requires the inclusion of a Bridge Management Application (BMA) as part of this project in order to perform typical bridge management analytics, data management of inspection and evaluation data, report and image viewing, budget scenario planning and mapping interface. Duration in months: 48 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
