Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

e work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to, concessions and restrooms improvements such as demolition, new building construction including excavation, foundations, slabs on grade, CMU installation, stone veneer, steel columns and beams, metal roof, roof decking, gutters, downspouts, ridge vents, counters, overhead and TV roll-up and exterior doors, windows, flooring, fiber cement board ceiling, and paint. Concessions plumbing works such as new water and sanitary lines, grease trap, equipment, and fixtures. Concessions HVAC works including ductwork, exhaust fans, A/C units, access panels, and dampers. Concessions electrical works such as rough-in, receptacles, panels, transformers, fire alarm control panel and detectors, lights, ceiling fans, and wall mounted sensors.
