Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the construction of an 8-inch waterline along Lake Road, as a part of the City of Lake Jackson utility capital improvement plan to improve water quality to the area. The work is located along and within the County right-of-way (ROW) of Lake Road between Jackson Oaks Subdivision and Dewberry Drive and within a 10-ft waterline easement from Velasco Drainage District (VDD) in the Jackson Oaks Subdivision Detention Pond. The Contractor's use of the site is limited to that customary of public ROWs and to those operations necessary to perform the work. The site is covered by Brazoria County ROW permit U24-104 and VDD easement. The Contractor will be required to provide mobilization, to provide materials needed to install the waterline per the bid form and plans, and to provide traffic control as needed. The deadline to ask questions is 5/24/2024 12:00 PM CST Any project questions must be posted online, PLEASE do not send your questions directly to city staff.
