Location 3426 Hickory Hill, Memphis, TN 38115 Site grading and drainage improvements shall consist of work as described in the accompanying design documents. The contractor shall furnish all work including mobilization, supervision, personal protective equipment and training, transportation, testing, materials, labor tools, and equipment for this project. Work to include, but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition and installation of various concrete walkways. 2. Installation of a new French drain system. 3. Removal and installation of roof drain collector piping. 4. Grading of site around pumping station. 5. Installation of drainage inlets and piping. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated.
