Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 14,850 linear feet of 8-inch and smaller diameter gravity pipe, 13,600 linear feet of 3-inch and smaller diameter force main, three (3) grinder pump stations, 95 manholes, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Contract No. 2 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one (1) wastewater treatment facility, three (3) pump stations and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Contract Times for Contracts No. 1 and No. 2: 335 calendar days to substantial completion and 365 calendar days to complete work ready for final payment. Contractor shall pay Owner $1,000 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
