** As of May 22, 2024, there were no bidders and the project would be done in-house.** The work under this project shall generally comprise but not necessarily be limited to provision of all labor, materials, and equipment for: 1. Construction of a 125mm thick concrete slab with an exposed aggregate finish. 2. Construction of an interior walkway with a stamped concrete finish flush with the newly poured exposed aggregate finish slab. 3. Construction of a new concrete staircase complete with handrails and guardrails. 4. Construction of a new accessible gravel parking lot, including the installation of a retaining wall. 5. Construction of a new swale and landscaping & hydroseeding of the existing area.
