Renovation of a municipal facility in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, & tools necessary to remove existing roof system and hosted equipment, repair non-serviceable substrates, furnish and install non-ballasted TPO roof membrane system and R-25 insulation system and reset hosted equipment on new curbs / mountings. This shall include replacement / supplementation of up to 2% of the existing steel roof deck as part of roofer's base bid. consisting of 60 days on-site to achieve substantial completion, final completion, and demobilize. The undersigned Bidder further agrees to pay, as liquidated damages, the sum of $540 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in Item 7 of the Information for Bidders. August 23: Final Completion: Contractor and Owner Time is of the essence. Longview Exhibit Center will be shut down for only 31 calendar days, in which all on-site work in this contract must be installed and completed. Generally, the schedule will be: 1. June 14: Estimated Notice To Proceed. 2. June 24: Mobilize on site, reroof the building, achieve substantial completion, complete punch list. 3. August 23: Final Completion
