Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Trustees and shall be received at the Office of the Treasurer (Attn: LARRY LUTZ) and marked "Furnish and Deliver as Needed 40,000 GALLONS SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 15% LIQUID BLEACH". "It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their bid is received by the Purchasing Department in a timely manner. All bids received after the time stated in the Notice to Bidders will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder."
