HVAC Infrastructure Upgrades-Senior Rec Center The Purposes of these contract are as per the following: Demolition includes the existing boiler, boiler flue, expansion tank, Air Separator, Piping, Valves, hangers, supports and duct work, etc.; and two existing air handlers, associated condensers, and all associated piping, power, supports, controls, etc. Remove existing pumps, ducts, and all controls and appurtenances. Remove Ultraviolet lights located in existing air handlers and turn it to the owner. Take down ceiling, lights, sprinklers, etc. as required to installation of equipment, piping, and ductwork. Install two new air handlers in existing unit locations. Connect to existing ductwork and piping. Modify ductwork as required to support installation. Make all connections and install all accessories and appurtenances as specified. Provide outdoor condensing units on existing concrete pad. Modify fence as required for installation and maintain all required clearances. Install new boiler, as specified. Provide electrical disconnects and reconnects as required for the new equipment, existing duct mounted smoke detector in return ductwork to remain. Remove existing electrical equipment associated with duct mounted UV light. Turn UV light to owner. Temporarily remove all electrical items in ceiling as required to accommodate scope of work. Reinstall upon completion of work. Equipment to be installed includes air-handling units, boiler, pumps, controls, etc. Provide emergency power off switch for boiler. Project is to be completed in 180 calendar days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
