Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/10/2024 2:00 PM (PDT) The City of Riverside ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified professional mechanical engineering firms ("Company") to provide a cost and feasibility analysis with two options for the replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems ("HVAC") for the Mission Square Building, located at 3750 University Avenue, Riverside, Ca. 92501. This includes one option for replacing/retrofitting the system as needed with similar natural gas fired equipment and a second option for replacing/retrofitting the system with electric heat pumps. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
