TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Successful bidder shall begin the Work on as stated on the Notice to Proceed and be substantially completed in 280 calendar days. Work is subject to liquidated damages. BID SECURITY: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5.0% of the Base Bid amount, in accordance with Section 002113 Instructions to Bidders.
