Herrick Park Restroom and Splash Pad Township of Teaneck Bergen County, New Jersey The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: The work described herein and to be performed in accordance with the requirements of the plans and these specifications consist of the construction of the foundations and utilities for the new restroom building, installation of the restroom building, concrete walkway, asphalt walkway, construction of a Splash pad with concrete pad, installation of aquatic play equipment, utilities, and other incidental items. Principal items of work in the project include: o 1 LS Supply & Install 12' x 28' Prefab Restroom Building o 1 LS Supply & Install Aquatic Play Equipment, Including Controller o 1 LS Electrical Service and All Electrical Work, Including Electrical Connection It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location. The work shall be completed within Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq." "Please be advised that State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized in this project.
