Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Campbell, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Campbell Community Center - Building M re-roof - The roof has significant leaks in most of the areas of the building. Originally, it was scheduled to be "face-lifted" but after all this time and the recent rain events revealed the roof needs full replacement. We suspect there will also be some substantial dry-rot areas that are not visible. We also have a large area of woodwork that needs to be replaced around a sky-light system that is attached to the main roof area. Requesting - $400,000.00 to cover all of the work needed for the repairs. The project is included in the City of Campbell's FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 1, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in 2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
