Extent of Work Removal and demolition of selected items from selected areas of the building as indicated on the Drawings; items to be removed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Remove face bricks, mortar from collar joints, deteriorated back-up masonry. 2. Remove flat roofing assembly. 3. Remove damaged brackets, fascia, trims. 4. Remove leaders. 5. Remove loose and deteriorated portion of stone. 6. Cut and remove mortar for repointing. 7. Remove parapet. 8. Remove window guards. B. Recycling and disposal of non-hazardous waste shall be performed in accordance with Section S01524 - Construction Waste Management.
