Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The University of Texas at Austin ("University") on behalf of Concrete Bridge Engineering Institute (CBEI) requests bids in response to this Invitation to Bid no. ITB-721-24070 ("ITB") from qualified and experienced vendors ("Bidders") for strength evaluation of inverted-T bent caps ("Services"). The project involves the construction of several structural elements, including a concrete slab-onground, drilled shafts, a reaction beam, a bracket supported platform, and inverted-T bent cap specimens, as well as the demolition of an existing curb. The project scope also requires the Contractor mobilize and operate a crane and other equipment capable of moving the Inverted-T Bent Cap Specimens as well as load testing equipment supplied by CBEI at the project location. The job site is at the J.J. Pickle Research Campus, as shown in Attachment A. The address is 10100 Burnet Rd., Austin, TX, 78758. University must receive all questions and concerns no later than Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 10 AM CT (Question Deadline).
