BACKGROUND Helena-West Helena School District is a comprehensive public high school which is composed of grades pre-k through twelve in Helena-West Helena, Arkansas. It consists of one of four public high schools in Phillips County and occupies five separate properties throughout the city of Helena West Helena. The largest occupied facility is Central High School which was built in 2020. SCOPE o Project includes an estimated 568 door locks that must be replaced or rekeyed in compliance with all Arkansas regulations and codes which govern public schools. SELECTION CRITERIA o Contractor Capabilities: Complete list with scopes of work for locksmith projects with commercial corporations, government, and higher education clients. Does the Proposer demonstrate experiences with clients of similar size and scope o References. Complete list with scopes of work for completed locksmith projects (latest3-year period). Did the list provide sufficient detail to determine ability: Reference checks sheets and comments o Years of experience.(Minimum 3- consecutive years).General information typically used. Experience relates to the amount of time in providing the service requirements, not necessarily the time the business has been in operation. o Cost. Complete cost of project. AWARD AND AGREEMENT Award will be made to a qualified offeror who best fit within the district mission and vision. The successful offeror shall be required to complete a written agreement. REJECTION OF PROPOSALS The HWHSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in part or in full and to waive any technicalities or informalities as may best serve the interest of the district.
