Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The construction project includes, but is not limited to the following: - Development of an asphalt urban path. - Addition of a storm sewer system, including manholes, pipes, curb and gutter. Each bid must be accompanied by a bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The name of the bidder as well as the name of the project must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version as well as the amendments to "The Public Procurement Law" (NB regulation 2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. Digital submission documents will be given to contractors upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, by contacting Roy Consultants by email at the following addresses; melanie.hebert@royconsultants.ca , or gaetane.richardson@royconsultants.ca . Neither the lowest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount planned for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project.
