Demolition and site work for a residential development in Crisfield, Maryland. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

o The City of Crisfield has received 6 total properties from Somerset County. The properties have structures on them that need to be demolished. This work will be carried out by a licensed contractor to ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards during the demolition process alongside of proper disposal of debris and hazardous material in accordance with environmental regulations. 1. Demolition of two unsound structures as designated by the City of Crisfield o 202 Laird Avenue o 329 Tyler Street 2. Post- Demolition Site Clean ups: 4. The site clean-up will include the thorough removal of structures and any additions that go with the home and garages either attached or detached and clearing the demolition sites of any remaining debris, rubble, and hazardous materials, trimming back trees on the property line, back filling and grading of properties, cleanup of all roads, sidewalk and tree removal. Property must be leveled with at least an inch of fill dirt upon completion of project3. Please include tipping fees as a separate line-item. Proof of Disposal requirements apply. Proposals must include a timeline. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with any qualified source(s), or to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety. The City may waive any irregularity in any proposal. All proposals will become the property of the City. If any proprietary information is contained in the proposal, it should be clearly identified.
