Project Description: Auburn H.S. Roof Replacement and McIntosh E.S. Mansard Fascia Replacement. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Auburn High School: Complete removal of the existing roof and insulation down to the deck on the area of Auburn High School as indicated on the construction drawings. The reinstallation of new insulation, TPO roofing and flashing per building and energy codes. The roofing contractor will be responsible for any MEP modifications that are required in order to facilitate this project, regardless of whether it is identified on the drawings. All work shall comply with all applicable building codes and all work done as part of this project shall be completed so as to not void or affect any existing warranties. 2. McIntosh Elementary School: Remove and replace metal roofing, metal fascia and soffit at mansard roof areas of McIntosh Elementary School as indicated on the drawings.
