Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will be completed over the summers of 2024 and 2025. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Maine Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate requirements apply to this project. Scope of Work Summary: Removal and replacement of the existing curtain wall systems for Wall Sections 1, 6, 7, and 8, as indicated on the Key Plan, at Bangor High School. Construct new wood framed walls with windows/doors as detailed in the plans and specifications. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Monday, May 20, 2024. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be emailed to all Plan Holders
