The Town of Chelmsford Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide Owner's Project Manager services for the current Chelmsford High School Kitchen Renovations Project. The Chelmsford High School Kitchens Renovations Project has been designed and procured through the MGL Ch. 149 state procurement process has been awarded to Picard Construction. The Designer is JTA and BLW Engineers and their services through construction have been retained by the Town. Notice to Proceed was issued to Picard Construction on March 14, 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin June 3, 2024 and substantially completed by August 28, 2024 The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if it is in the best interest of the Town. Award will take place within 30 business days of the Bid Opening. The anticipated project timeline through project closeout shall be between 6/3/2024 and 10/4/2024 Question Deadline 05/15/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted via email to Matt Schweitzer, DPW Facilities Manager (mschweitzer@chelmsfordma.gov) Written responses will be emailed to all proposers on record by 4:00 p.m. on May 17, 2024 and will also be posted on the Town of Chelmsford website at online
