The scope of work consists of preparation of new door openings in existing walls and furnishing and installing news doors and air curtains in the Pier 2 Terminal. Honolulu Harbor. Major items of work include demolition and removal of portions of an existing concrete and unit masonry wall and structural retrofit of new openings; demolition and removal of a portion of an existing stud framed gypsum board wall for a new door opening: furnishing and installing a new NTB-1 aluminum storefront door, steel door and frame, and air curtains; painting: fire alarm, electrical work; and related appurtenances.
