Work Consists of Upgrades to the Existing 1,000,000-gal Detention Pond Located on the West Side of the Mahoning Avenue Walmart Plaza, Adjacent to Wilcox Road. The Four Existing Rusted Corrugated Metal Inlet and Outlet Pipes: 30", 36", and 42" Diameters Are to Be Removed and Replaced With Hdpe (High Density Polyethylene) Pipe of the Same Size Including Concrete Headwall. Eleven Thousand (11,000) Square Feet of Flexamat Plus Concrete Matting Shall Be Installed to Aid in Soil Erosion Control. Large Diameter Trees Growing Inside the Detention Are to Be Removed. The Existing Chain Link Fence Will Be Removed and Replaced as Needed. The Detention Pond is to Remain the Current Size. Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate: $492,000.00 The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informalities in Bidding.
