General Requirements - Insurance Required The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland. 1. Powerwashing of FunZone structures and surrounding fence, preparation of surfaces to be stained/removal of old stain, and the 2-coat application of Benjamin Moore Exterior Arborcoat(R) Stain- Solid Deck & Siding Stain 640, AKA Woodluxe 694 - Brown Color Match, < 100 g/L, 16 at the FunZone structure within Plymouth Park, located at 1508 E Wheeler Rd. 2. Review attached product manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation, application, temperature, re-coat times, and any product limitations. 3. Equivalent stains with demonstrated results may be considered.
