Powerwashing of FunZone structures and surrounding fence, preparation of surfaces to be stained/removal of old stain, and the 2-coat application of Benjamin Moore Exterior Arborcoat(R) Stain- Solid Deck & Siding Stain 640, AKA Woodluxe 694 - Brown Color Match, < 100 g/L, 16 at the FunZone structure within Plymouth Park, located at 1508 E Wheeler Rd. 2. Review attached product manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation, application, temperature, re-coat times, and any product limitations. 3. Equivalent stains with demonstrated results may be considered.
