The Williamsburg Community School District intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction and renovations at Williamsburg Jr./Sr. High School (810 W. Walnut Street, Williamsburg, Iowa) and Mary Welsh Elementary School (2383 Raider Drive, Williamsburg, Iowa). Question Deadline 06/24/2024 RFP Questions Due Phase 1 - Elementary Addition & JR/SR High School Renovations (appx. value $12M) Phase 2 - Bond Referendum: JR/SR High School CTE Addition & Renovations and Elementary Renovations (scope below assumes successful bond) (appx. value $22M) The CMaR wil be chosen using a two-step solicitation process and chosen on "best value." All CMaR Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submittals that meet the qualifications based on the following criteria will be offered the opportunity to submit a Proposal to serve as CMaR on the Williamsburg Community Schools Construction and Renovations 2025 project: Firm Profile & Background Applicable Project Experience, Qualifications, References Project Team and Company Structure Proposed Delivery Method & Management Processes Safety Record & Internal Safety Program
