Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Palmetto, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of September 18,2024, project was awarded to Landmark Services of Southwest Florida, Inc., awarded amount is $5,993,664.28. The City of Palmetto will receive sealed bids from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, to furnish all materials; labor and equipment for the neighborhood revitalization and infrastructure improvements project, as specified in the Invitation for Bid. Construction includes roadway, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution and reclaim water system. This project is part of an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. The City also reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the project. MBE/WBE participation is encouraged.
