An appropriate Surety's Consent by a Surety Company qualified to do business in the State of New Jersey and on the approved list bidding itself to become surety for the full and faithful performance of the Contract in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract for the protection of all persons furnishing materials or labor for fulfilling the Contract is also required in all cases. Bid Bond, Consent of Surety must be obtained from Bid Bond/Surety Companies listed on the Federal Register "Department of Treasury" Circular 570. The register will be provided with the bid documents. The last day for the submission of questions is. An Addenda will be issued no later than Friday, May 17, 2024. Document note : Commencing on Monday, May 13, 2024, bid documents for this project will be available for review between the hours of 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. on business days at the offices of LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN), 445 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ 07432. Bid documents shall be available via link by emailing biddocs@lanassociates.com referencing the name of the project and LAN job number in the footer at the bottom of this page. A One Hundred ($100) Dollar non-refundable deposit for each bid package via cash, check (made payable to LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN)), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover is required for each link. Documents will not be sent via overnight mail or US mail. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
