Intent: The City of Irving is to award a contract for concrete repair services to supplement the current Street Operations Staff. Due to the nature of these repairs, the specific locations and types will be determined and provided to the awardee on an "as needed" basis prioritized by Street Operations in "real" time requests during the contract period. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.
