The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Tahoe Center desires the installation of golf course netting. Install a golf barrier net of 3/4 " mesh
netting approximately 310 feet long by approximately 35 feet high 3/4" mesh on the south side of the property that faces the golf course, utilizing steel poles evenly spaced
no more than 45 feet apart. Poles to be set in concrete base deep enough to support weight of poles and mesh netting The State of California seeks to realize the potential benefits of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), through the development and deployment of GenAI tools, while balancing the risks of these new technologies. Bidders/Offerors must notify the State in writing if their solution or service include, or makes available, any GenAI technology, including GenAI from third parties or subcontractors. The State has developed a GenAI Disclosure and Factsheet (STD1000) to be completed by the Bidder/Offeror. Failure to disclose GenAI to the State and submit the GenAI Disclosure and Factsheet will result in disqualification of the Bidder/Offeror and may void any resulting contract. The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief it may be entitled to as a result of such non-disclosure. Upon receipt of a Bidder/Offeror GenAI Disclosure and Factsheet, the state reserves the right to incorporate GenAI Special Provisions into the final contract or reject bids/offers that present an unacceptable level of risk to the state. If applicable, performance and payment bond documents will be required post award, in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. Include estimate cost of bonds
within your bid total The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity in any bid received.
11.2 Award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible for bidder whose bid form complies with all requirements prescribed.
11.2.1 Such award, if made, will be made within 45 days after opening of bids.
11.2.2 If lowest responsible bidder refuses or fails to execute the contract, the California Conservation Corps may award the contract to the second lowest responsible bidder. Such award, if made, will be made within 60 days after opening of bids.
11.2.3 If second lowest responsible bidder refuses or fails to execute the contract, the Director of Business Services and
